A service freak is what I'd call myself as every interaction with a company I am analysing what they could have done better and how they could have made that interaction a meaningful one. I do the same with my own industry and my own company and while I acknowledge we still have so much to work on I try to be self-aware of where we are dropping the ball from a service standpoint.
Because I am aware of this and relentlessly work on improving in this area I work hard to make sure that when clients are making their biggest purchase and choosing me among all the other options available, that they get exceptional service.
