Contacting Matt
The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a suggested message. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Information you send through WhatsApp, email or telephone is used to respond to your inquiry.
Property-search inquiries
When you finish the guided property chat and choose “Show my results”, we save your contact details, selected preferences and matching-search link so Matt can follow up about your property search. These details may be sent to Follow Up Boss, Matt’s contact-management service. You may use your signed-in Google profile to supply your name and verified email, or enter your name and email manually. Manually entered email addresses are not verified. Signing in alone does not submit your property inquiry. You can ask Matt to correct or remove your inquiry information.
International buyer guide
When you request the guide, we save your name, email, optional country of residence, buying plans, consent and submission date. These details are sent to Follow Up Boss, Matt’s contact-management service, so he can follow up about the guide and your buying plans. The PDF is provided as an immediate download; this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Contact Matt to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
Tour requests
When you submit a tour request, we save your name, email, phone number, chosen property, preferred date and time, meeting type, optional notes and contact consent. Matt can view these details in a private dashboard and contact you to arrange your visit. A request does not confirm an appointment or subscribe you to marketing. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Matt.
Seller inquiries
When you send a selling inquiry, this website saves your name, email, optional phone number, property address or community, property type, selling timeframe, optional notes, contact consent and submission date. Matt can review these details in a private dashboard and use them to follow up about selling your property. Submitting does not subscribe you to a newsletter or send an automatic email. Your answers are only saved when you submit. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Matt.
Homey buying estimates
When you choose “Show my estimates”, this website saves your name, email, each applicant’s gross regular salary and pay frequency, monthly debt repayments, age, employer or work situation, employment-duration answer, calculated estimates, consent version and submission date. Matt can view this information privately and follow up about your buying plans. For a joint estimate, you confirm that you have the other applicant’s permission to share their details.
We use Brevo to email your results to the address you enter and a separate copy to Matt at matt@remaxbs.com. The email includes the financial details used in your estimate, so check the recipient address before submitting. We also save delivery status. Results are planning estimates, not mortgage applications or approvals. They are not sent to a bank unless you separately choose banks, review which details will be shared, and explicitly consent to an introduction. Submitting does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Optional banker introductions
If you request a banker introduction, you choose one or more listed banks, review which details will be shared, and explicitly consent to sharing with their lending teams. Each selected bank receives a separate email addressed to its lender and, where applicable, its manager. The email contains applicant names and contact details, self-reported age, income and debt, property interest, and your preliminary estimates and assumptions. Banks do not see your other selections. We record your consent version, the shared message and recipients, the request time, and delivery status to manage your introduction and avoid duplicate emails. The bank may contact you and update Matt about your inquiry. Bank lending policies and privacy practices apply to its subsequent handling of your information.
Answers are not saved as you move between steps. Closing or refreshing before submission clears them. Temporary hashed request identifiers and counters limit repeated submissions. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Matt.
Google reviews
This site displays public reviewer names and review excerpts. When the automatic Google connection is active, the site requests current public reviews from Google Places. This request does not include your contact details. Reviewer images may load directly from Google, which receives the browser information normally included in an image request.
Google content and links are subject to the Google Privacy Policy. WhatsApp is governed by its own Privacy Policy.
Website accounts
When website sign-in is available, Supabase provides account authentication using Google, Apple, or a one-time email code. The authentication service processes your email address, account identifier, sign-in information and any profile information supplied by your chosen provider. This website uses your verified identity to maintain your session and restrict blog editing to the owner.
Necessary, HTTP-only cookies keep you signed in. The website also temporarily stores hashed request identifiers and counters to limit repeated code requests and attempts. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Contact Matt to request account deletion or help with your information. Supabase, Google, and Apple have their own privacy policies.
Cookies and your choices
Essential cookies support sign-in and requested features. We remember your optional choices in this browser for up to 180 days. Optional cookies are off by default unless you have saved permission. A small notice slides up from the bottom of the screen 6 seconds after the page loads and stays visible for 6 seconds. It does not grant consent or open a consent dialog. Open Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject, or change optional cookies. Waiting or continuing to browse does not give consent. Browser privacy signals keep optional tracking off. Website analytics are optional. If you allow advertising, the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads tag record basic page visits on eligible public pages to help measure advertising and build audiences. We do not configure advanced matching or enhanced conversions, or send names, email addresses or financial form answers. We exclude private and prequalification pages and skip tracking when the page or referring URL contains query parameters or fragments. Meta and Google may process browser information and use their own identifiers under their privacy policies. Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject or change your choices. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from using the site. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping optional tracking off.
Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking on this site; it does not erase information already received by a provider. Meta privacy policy · Google privacy policy.
Website statistics and email updates
We record public page paths, page-view times, device size category, referral hostname, button/form-start activity and a random browser session identifier to understand website use. The session identifier is kept in browser storage and renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. Query strings, names and email addresses are not included in traffic events. Tracking respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Opt-in page paths are recorded with inquiries so Matt can understand their source.
Newsletter signup is optional and separate from property inquiries. When you subscribe, we save your email, signup date, page and consent. To unsubscribe or request deletion, email matt@remaxbs.com. Newsletter addresses are visitor-provided and not verified.
Hosting and external links
The hosting service processes requests needed to serve this website. Sign-in may be required by its access settings. External listing sites, media providers and linked services have their own privacy practices.
